Candidate Agreement

1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Candidate Agreement explains the terms under which WorkCareerHub operates as a global intermediary platform connecting professionals with verified employers and recruitment partners.
By submitting an application through this platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Role of the Platform

WorkCareerHub acts only as an intermediary — not as an employer, recruiter, or agent.
The platform facilitates communication between candidates and verified employers but is not a party to any employment contracts, salary negotiations, or workplace arrangements.
All employment terms and conditions are established directly between the candidate and the employer.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and application.

  • Upload only authentic and verifiable documents (CVs, diplomas, certificates, ID, etc.).

  • Communicate solely through authorized WorkCareerHub representatives or partner agencies.

  • Avoid submitting misleading or fraudulent information, which may lead to application rejection or disqualification.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

By completing this application, you consent to the processing of your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
WorkCareerHub collects and stores candidate data only for recruitment-related purposes, following GDPR and international data protection standards.
Your data will be shared only with verified recruitment partners or employers relevant to your application.

5. Liability Disclaimer

WorkCareerHub:

  • Does not guarantee employment or specific outcomes.

  • Is not responsible for any decisions made by employers or recruiters.

  • Is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disputes arising after submission.

  • May suspend or reject any incomplete or non-compliant applications.

6. Validity & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect from the moment a candidate submits an application via the platform and continues until the recruitment process concludes.
WorkCareerHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend access in case of misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by international business standards and the applicable laws of the country in which the platform operator is registered.
